Emergency service is charged a lump year amount according to a reaction time. With the contractual service we offer a 25% discount on labour and also there is a special HOT-LINE telephone number for a Non-stop service and support.

Because not all parts are standard held in stock and if we are to ensure the start up of machine in some time, we also offer a spare parts stock, see the two types below. For the spare parts stock the lump year amount is charged, according to the type of stock. The advantage of this stock is low costs, spare parts guarantee for the time of contract and also availability both for the failure solution and for its diagnostics.

• Spare parts stock at ServisControl Ltd.

This type of stock can be a part of the service contract or can be held separately. The advantage of this stock is low costs and space savings. This contract can be issued for an indefinite period. If you combine service contract and this spare parts stock you can be sure that our engineer comes with the parts specified in a contract.

• Spare parts stock at customer’s site

This type of stock can be a part of the service contract or can be held separately. The condition of this stock is that customer needs to employ trained engineers who are able to diagnose a defect and replace a faulty part. Customer also needs to have appropriate space for this stock. The advantage of this stock is the immediate availability. This contract can be issued for the period of minimum of 5 years. After this contract customer can buy the spare parts at their residual value.
