Digital DC Output Modules
G4 DC output modules from the company Opto 22 are used to to control or switch DC loads. Each module provides up to 4,000V of the optical isolation between operating devices and control logic. G4ODC5MA is a special module containing a manually switch-on / manually switch-off / auto switch which is ideal for diagnostic testing of control applications. Typical applications for DC output modules include switching loads such as DC relays, solenoids, motor starters, lamps and indicators. All modules contain a built in LED status indicator.

Digital AC Output Modules
G4 AC output modules from the company Opto 22 are used to to control or switch AC loads. Each module provides up to 4,000V of the optical isolation between operating inputs and controlling side of the circuit and each party has a zero-voltage switching and a shutdown of the zero current.
All AC output modules are identical to the single-pole, single throw, normally open contacts, with the exception of G4OAC5A5, which is consistent with single-pole, single-throw, normally closed contact.
G4OAC5MA and G4OAC5AMA are special modules containing a manually switch-on / manually switch-off / auto switch which is ideal for diagnostic testing of control applications. Typical applications for AC output modules include switching loads such as AC relays, solenoids, motor starters, lamps and indicators. All digital AC modules contain a built in LED status indicator.

Output Modules with dry contact
The G4 modules family of the company Opto 22 includes two DC output module with dry contact with low contact resistance: G4ODC5R and G4ODC5R5.
G4ODC5R is a single pole, single-throw, normally open mechanical relay.
G4ODC5R5 is a single pole, single-throw, normally closed mechanical relay.
Typical applications for these modules include multiplexing of analog signals and communication lines.

Digital output test modules
Output test module G4SWOUT from the company Opto 22 is used for G4 simulation output to the mounting frame of inputs and outputs. Each module contains a manual toggle switch on the operating side. Internally there is no connection to the input field. Module G4SWOUT is ideal for testing cabling and equipment by simulating the output from the computer. The switch works with 3A within 250 V AC/DC.
