Our engineers are ready to come to your site at any time and to help to solve problems with all Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley), Pro-face, Teco, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Hitachi, Delta, Bosh Rexrot, Uniop and other products. If you use components of other manufacturers, we can mediate this service for you with our contractors.

In 90% we provide service within 24 hours from a complaint. We hold stock of the most used Rockwell Automation low voltage and control systems; operator panels and drives products, which we use in our projects or retrofits, but also for quick and urgent repairs. We also hold a standard stock of Pro-face operator panels, Delta frequency drives and Opto22 components. Stock can be adjusted according to customers’ needs so that we are able to provide service in the shortest possible time.

ServisControl Ltd. is system integrator of company Rockwell Automation. We prefer these products in our projects, because we have many experiences with them and we can fully use their capabilities.

Since January 1, 2010 ServisControl Ltd. is an authorized distributor of Pro-face in Czech and Slovak Republic. We provide sales, on site service, application modifications, application uploads, technical advice, including support for most control systems, where these operator panels can be included.

ServisControl Ltd. is an official service company for Delta in the Czech and Slovak Republic and provides consultations,  warranty and out-ofwarranty service, HW repairs, trainings and distribution of motion products.

Since 1st of January 2011 is ServisControl official distributor of Opto22 company in Czech Republic and Slovakia. According this we provide full service including training, educating, warranty and HW repairs.

 
ServisControl Ltd. is able to ensure service, support and deliver spare and new parts for systems of Siemens, Mitsubishi, Hitashi, Sprecher, Teco etc.

Very often we also solve requirements for start ups of new Rockwell Automation and Delta drives and servo drives. For this service we are fully HW and SW equipped and we have many experiences. We solve not only standard applications but also lift and special applications.

All service and set up is invoiced according to real costs on hour basis confirmed in a working report. Telephone support is free of charge during working hours
